Stratford Pointe Apartments

Stratford Pointe Apartments was the definition of a fast track design-build project. With just under 2 months to design, our team worked diligently with the Owner to streamline the overall design to allow for an efficient build process. Consisting of three (3) apartment and garage buildings, a clubhouse, outdoor pool and other amenities, Stratford Pointe turned out to be a beautiful campus that both the Owner and our Downing Team are incredibly proud of. The project was delivered in just under 18 months from start of design to completion of the construction.
